So if you want a career where you can truly make a difference, then we’d like to hear from you!Tirlán is offering unique opportunities for graduates to join our Agribusiness team as an Agribusiness Associate. These roles will be mobile/remote.Located in our Northern and Eastern Regions, these roles report to the Senior Business Managers and supports the delivery of our Ruminant Team.Responsibilities

  • You’ll gain experience across the Agribusiness category to include business development, branch and direct customer sales, farm development / advisory while pursuing a career in a challenging and fast-moving environment
  • You will advance your technical experience by working closely with their managers and teams, gaining the skills and confidence to develop our business through new sales and innovation.
  • You will develop areas ranging from on-farm nutritional consultancy, technical advisory and project management
  • Work on aspects of our retail operations and managements, customer service, people management, category management and logistics

Requirements

  • High academic record to date in the following fields of study: Agricultural Science, Agribusiness or related discipline; and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree
  • Strong technical knowledge and customer-facing/retail experience
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment
  • Thinks commercially and delivers customer centric solutions
  • Drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives
  • Communicates clearly and can influence at all levels
  • Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow
  • Analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change
