Job Description: • Assist with the management and coordination of large- and small-scale field and greenhouse research projects at NFREC in Quincy and cooperating farms in the Florida Panhandle. Assist with the collection, preparation, and shipment of soil, plant tissue, and water samples for row crops in field and greenhouse environments.
• Assist with data collection, organization, and maintenance of records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is captured and stored in spreadsheets for various projects.
• Engage in effective communication with students, postdocs, and NFREC farm crew, as needed, to implement, manage, and harvest research trials.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to actively support the overarching mission of NFREC.
Expected Salary:

$18/hour
Minimum Requirements:

None
Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma and one year of relevant experience.
