I currently have the pleasure of working with an award-winning practice situated in Harrogate, boasting over two decades of experience in retail and logistics architecture.They are currently seeking a Job Running Architect / Architectural Technician to join their Harrogate studio to ensure the successful delivery of outstanding projects, offering a seamless journey from inception to realization.The chosen candidate will be responsible for day-to-day job running architecture-related tasks such as architectural design, integration, project coordination.Employees can expect autonomy, professional development, and a supportive work environment that includes an array of benefits such as flexible and remote working options, paid professional memberships, active career development and more.What is expected:
- 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong background in architecture or architectural technology
- Demonstrated proficiency in software, including experience with Revit
- Excellent knowledge of project management principles and process
- Strong experience in architectural design
- Demonstrated ability in collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders towards the delivery of projects on time and within budget
- A good track record of success in design and construction projects
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- An aptitude for learning and staying current with emerging trends and technologies in the field
- ARB/RIBA or MCIAT accredited
