Role: Territory /Area Manager 

Function- ARB Crop Loans

Job Roles:

  • Lead a team of Relationship Managers to oversee and expand the existing customer portfolio in the Crop Loans sector (KCC).
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the local geography and cropping patterns, with the ability to swiftly recruit high-quality team members
  • Oversee interest and NPA collections within the assigned area.
  • Regularly monitor accounts to prevent delinquencies, maintain portfolio hygiene, ensure timely closure of post-disbursement deferrals, and perfect security measures.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers by cross-selling additional asset and third-party products.
  • Manage the renewal of existing loans.
  • Collaborate with Credit and Legal teams to address customer requirements and manage disbursements
  • Enhance efficiency by monitoring processes and suggesting improvements based on ground realities and market trends.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in relationship management.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in rural or crop loans
