Candidate should be self-motivated & high on energy. Requires decent communication skill, understanding of local language will be an advantage.
To understand customers business model, appraise financials (basis knowledge) to identify suitable NTB opportunities for Working capital (fund based/non-fund based) & Term Loan facilities in Agri, Food processing & MSME Industries. Cross sell liability & other third party products.
To collaborate with internal bank channels & develop open market sourcing thru DMA’s & CA’s.
To engage with Credit & risk function, legal & technical teams, RCAD & GR/GTS team for smooth customer onboarding.
Closely monitor accounts under his/her management, ensuring timely perfection of security & other post disbursement deferrals.
