Job title: Area Sales ManagerJob Location: – Dublin – Cork & Southern AreaABOUT THE ROLE:1) You will be responsible for generating new sales leads in existing customers & developing new customers within defined target market segments in your region, predominantly within Pharmaceutical & Petrochem2) The role will require you to identify & penetrate gaps where ERIKS do not currently supply3) You will be required to engage with internal stakeholders and gather external information to enable you to understand customer needs and create a compelling customer engagement strategy4) Ability to create & deliver presentations to clients as required5) Territory management in the most effective way, utilise the digital tools available to ensuring quality customer interactions in the most effective and efficient way6) Responsible for keeping up with market trends & conducting competitor analysis7) Stakeholder management with our customers, colleagues and suppliers that enable alignment of customer needs and exceptional delivery on our commitments.Working Hours:Mon- Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pmWeekly hours: 40Breaks: 1 hourABOUT YOU:1) Strong problem solving and solution driven sales experience2) Technical & Commercial engineering background Experience in authentic sales3) A strong track record of winning new business as well as maintaining existing accounts4) Strong team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude5) Ability to work on patch and be able to travel across the Republic of Ireland focussing on the Cork & southern area.6) Background in account management within pharmaceutical or Petrochemical sector would be advantageous.Your offer:And if that wasn’t enough to pique your interest, we also offer a very competitive salary and a range of benefits including:
