Who is Costa Farms? We’re one of the world’s largest horticultural growers—but without an ego to match our acreage. Our headquarters are in Miami, Florida, where we were founded in 1961. Costa Farms started on just 30 acres, and over the last 60 years, we’ve grown to more than 5,000 acres around the world. We have farms in North and South Carolina, Central and South Florida, and the Dominican Republic, plus an office in China. Costa Farms now employs nearly 6,000 engineers, marketers, accountants/analysts, human resources professionals, and of course, growers and plant scientists!

Support and maintain a professional, team environment. Support with training as needed. · Responsible for managing the execution of retail programs including plan-o-gram optimization, proper product placement. · Participates in weekly communication via GSC missions, group meetings or conference calls to set direction for the week’s priorities. · Collaborates with Key Account Manager to identify opportunities to drive sales and gross margin. · Communicates issues effectively throughout the chain of command. · Ensure merchandise presentation is in accordance with Live Goods Department/Visual standards · Work with store operators to design and execute creative displays to promote additional sales opportunities. · Face of the company, ability to resolve store level customer service issues and requests. · Participate in district functions such as resets and events. · Communicate with customer operations teams on the progress of programs, sales, opportunities or any pressing issues to build trusting relationships and reach internal and external goals. · Utilize internal reporting metrics to ensure proper management of inventory flow, sales growth and shrink both internal and for our customers to achieve the forecasted goals. · Travel markets building relationships, inspecting quality of product & service and analyzing competition in the marketplace. · Assist in customer meetings to ensure proper rollout of new programs.
