It is based on the manufacture of technical products ( premix, base mix, mineral feed, nutraceuticals, mineral licking buckets, feed additives, feed first age ) which are generally associated with high added value consulting services.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Area Swine Technical and Sales Manager for the Czech market. As an Advanced Swine Nutritionist Area Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our business within the dedicated area.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for realizing our growth targets in your area. To realize these targets you will responsible for the overall implementation of : farm prospection, sales, product launches, formulate premix solutions for your client’s needs, technical advice and nutrition support, Swine diet formulating.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business development, sales

• Keep and develop business with actual ADM clients in your area
• Acquiring new clients, expansion of the sales
• Budget realization
• Propose development projects
• Prospect and organize active customer prospection in your area.
• Act as a member of the global team and participate in global meetings when required.
• Collaborate with other ADM employees in the country to leverage the business development.

Technical service support and product management

• Provide technical support to customers in animal nutrition
• Feed and TMR formulation, farm management
• To optimize technical results of the farms by proposing the right product
• Monitoring of product in stock and define product forecast requirements.
• Regular follow up of the customer needs by regular visits to farmers
• Use internal technical support tools
• Be part of ADM technical swine community
• Participate in exhibition or other event when requested by your management
• Monitoring of product in stock and define product forecast requirements.

Office activity

• Provide sales forecast to your management
• Regular reports each visit through CRM or other
• Follow up of the overview and collection
• Provide market information on the regular basis

Supporting and managing the offer development

• To contribute to the creation and launching of new offers
• To create and maintain a partner network

PROFILE

With a postgraduate qualification, Agri/Agro Engineering or Veterinarian educational background or/and a strong experience in the premix business, service company, you have at least 5-10 10 years of experience in swine nutrition, ideally in B2F, where you have been able to develop a swine business focus.
