We are hiring for an Art Handling and Logistics Assistant CoordinatorLocation: Art Central, Stockwell, LondonCrown Fine Art are a leading art shipper working with museums, heritage clients, galleries and private collectors internationally. As one of the few agents with our own offices in key locations such as London, Dubai, Hong Kong, and others we are excellently positioned to provide a seamless experience to our clients utilizing local expertise. Our passion for the collections which we work with is fundamental to our vision for the future direction of Crown Fine Art.In this role you will assist with all aspects of the coordination of services for our clients, collaborating with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of projects. Critical to the role is a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, initiative and time management.Art Handling and Logistics Assistant Coordinator – Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Art Logistic Coordinators with UK and international fine art transport and related services
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure service as per agreed service levels
  • Work with internal teams to request resources
  • Arrange and book courier travel and appropriate itineraries
  • Assist collating information for and producing estimates
  • Coordinate projects according to experience with support from coordinators
  • Data entry of job specific information into internal database and maintenance of internal department records
  • Prepare documentation for team projects
  • Process supplier invoices, purchase orders and sales invoices
  • Build relationships with clients through ongoing daily contact

Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in logistics is highly desirable
  • Interest in project management
  • Excellent communication skills across a variety of internal teams and clients
  • Exceptional administration skills demonstrating a high attention to detail
  • Degree level education
  • Competent computer user
  • A highly-motivated and collaborative team member
