Job Title: Asset Management Manager – Aircraft & Engine Purchasing

Our client, a leading provider in the Aviation MRO sector, is seeking an experienced Asset Management Manager with a strong track record in aircraft and engine purchasing. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Middle East, offering an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization at the forefront of aircraft maintenance and asset optimization.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute strategies for the acquisition and disposition of aircraft, engines, and major components.Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.Evaluate asset performance and life cycle to optimize fleet value and minimize downtime.Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, lessors, financial institutions, and trading partners.Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and maintenance teams to align asset procurement with operational needs.Monitor market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving and investment opportunities.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal governance related to asset transactions.Candidate Requirements:Demonstrable experience in asset management, specifically in aircraft and engine purchasing.Strong background in aviation MRO or airline operations.Proven ability in commercial negotiations and managing complex asset transactions.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, aircraft leasing, and maintenance economics.Willingness to be based full-time in the Middle East.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.Experience in a fast-paced international MRO or aviation leasing environment.
