I’m currently hiring for a leading business in Bishops Stortford looking for an assistant accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in assisting in a month end process who is looking at taking the next step and stage in their career
- Analysing department spend
- Accruals and prepayments
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Looking at overhead costs and reviewing expenditure
- Cash reporting
- Assisting with payroll prep
- Supporting with the annual budget
- Assisting with audit
- Supporting the Financial Controller with adhoc duties
