Assistant Bar Manager – Clayton Hotel BallsbridgeWe have an exciting new vacancy for Assistant Bar Manager in Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge, Dublin 04. We are looking for a talented individual with supervisory experience in Food and Beverage.This Dublin 4 hotel stands on the corner of Merrion Road and Simmonscourt Road in Ballsbridge right next door to the RDS in the heart of the business and embassy district.Objective of the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, the Assistant Manager will ensure friendly and efficient service in the hotel bars, whilst controlling costs and maintaining agreed standards of performance to ensure they meet the consistent requirements of the hotel as dictated by the level of business.Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager and Food & Beverage team.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Occasionally cover Duty Manager shifts.
• Target setting and supporting the team to achieving targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in a supervisory role in an F&B or other hotel operations team.
• Proven leadership skills.
• High standards and attention to detail.
• A focus on our customers, making sure that they are catered for, in the best possibly way.
