– HACCP and compliance checks – Stock management and reconciliation
– Staff training and rotasFood standards
– Ensure food is prepared safely and to the highest standard of quality and presentation
– Wastage management
– Report any issuesStaff Management
– Shift planning and delegation
– Handover of shifts
– Absence managementRequirements
Experience in a team lead position, ideally hospitality or retail
A no-compromise approach to food safety, food quality and customer service
Experience with stock management
A hands on and motivational attitude to management
