This role typically reports to Project Managers and Special Projects Director.The purpose of the role is to work within the Special Projects team in addressing legacy cladding and fire safety related issues across England, Wales and Scotland.The role will include:

  • Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems
  • Review and update technical documents
  • File documents in digital records
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Working with our appointed legal executives

What we need from you?

  • NVQ/GNVQ/HNC/HND or higher in construction, building or project management desirable, but not essential
  • Basic knowledge of construction and project management
  • Good knowledge and use of MS Office and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
