Our client is currently recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to join their Capital & Estates Department in the Dublin Area.This is an initial 1-year Contract Role with great potential for further extension.The role involves overseeing property operations, optimizing utilization, and maintaining accurate records within a dynamic healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support Property Transaction Protocol and statutory obligations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects, supervising staff as necessary.
- Develop and execute an Estate Management strategy aligned with organizational goals and resources.
- Provide property management and advisory services for properties in the North Eastern Area.
- Establish a Property Management function in accordance with national health and development plans.
- Integrate property requirements with service provision and staffing levels effectively.
- Maximize property utilization opportunities across Care Groups.
- Plan future property needs based on demographics, service plans, and funding projections.
- Develop guidelines/procedures for property rental, leases, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate property records, including asset register, legal titles, and property database management.
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Hold a Level 8 (or higher) Quality & Qualifications Ireland major
academic award in Surveying, Estate/Property Management or Property
Valuation.
Or * Be a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Irelandor the Institute of Auctioneers and Valuers of Ireland
Or * Hold a qualification at least equivalent to one of the above.And * Have 5 years significant satisfactory experience in one of the abovedisciplines. * Have experience of the Planning Acts, Regulations and Local AuthorityDevelopment Plans as they relate to the zoning of lands and properties
and have the capability to prepare, or cause to be prepared, applications
or submissions in relation to rezoning of lands and properties.
