We have mastered this for more than 15 years now and continue to grow.Our solutions cover:Static optimization of master plans and routesDynamic planning and execution of daily or weekly plansWeb based front endsMobile Web app for live feedback from driversWe develop generic, scalable systems capable of satisfying our broad range of customers. Our technology stack is based on Windows and covers:C# (Web Servers, Auxiliary systems, interface mapping)JavaScript/Typescript (Web front ends)Git (source code control)Azure DevOPS (cloud pipeline deployment, test automation)We are hiring new consultants to our Premium Services team that improve and develop our live customers solutions. The AMCS IO solutions are very complex software packages based on advanced optimization algorithms and state of the art software technology. As the solutions are mission critical to our customers, it requires the highest degree of skills and dedication of the team.In Premium Services, we work in a flat structure with a high level of personal responsibility. We use each other for continuous support and growth, in the belief that this is how we find the best solutions. We focus on understanding our customers business in order to deliver the solutions they need. We take pride in our work and in our products and we are, more than anything else, motivated by making our customers happy.We want our consultants to master the broad portfolio of products and services we are offering and to gradually become experts within one or more of the key industries we are operating within. After around 3 weeks of introductory training, you will be assigned to a customer and before you know it you will be ready to fly!We need people with:Strong analytical skills – preferably knowledge and/or experience within operations researchTechnical flair and some programming experienceMotivation for interacting with customers and for delivering highest standard servicesRegardless of where you have your key interests, we promise a challenging and exciting work environment!You must have a master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or computer science and previous work experience is not required.Overall, we need excellent consultants who sets high standards for themselves. It’s OK if you have no experience with the IO business, yet! The important thing is that you share our passion for delivering high quality planning solutions and for building strong and lasting customer relations.
