My Client, a reputable Multinational in Cork, is looking to recruit an Associate Director for the Financial planning team. This position reports directly to the Associate Vice President in Finance and is a key member of the Finance Leadership team. The role offers a very competitive salary, a hybrid working option, benefits and significant career progression.Role of this position
- Become a key member of the Financial Planning team, offering leadership and direction.
- Report monthly to Corporate colleagues with accurate financial results
- Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure an efficient and timely month end process
- Deliver Monthly, Quarterly and Annual ad-hoc Financial Forecasts
- Responsible for costing, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Support internal and external audits
- Drive Process improvements across the site
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Professional Accounting Qualification – ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA
- Pharma/Manufacturing Experience essential
- Management Experience desired
- Experience with an ERP system
- Excellent communicator and the ability to inspire those on your team
- Consistently meet strict deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
