This communications consultancy always looks to challenge convention and the insights team was formed to add an extra layer to their thinking and outputs. Whilst they have always utilised research and insights they saw the need to create a specialist team which is headed up by a true expert in this space. Continued success means they are keen to bring in a new senior (AD+) who has a technically strong research & insights background and is also able to add strategic thinking that both internal stakeholders and clients buy into.They are looking to add an experienced specialist who has a strong knowledge and understanding of research & insights. Technically speaking you will ideally have a solid grounding in both qualitative and quantitative research. Being able to design, manage and analyse is the start point. The end point and the crux of this role is that you can look above and beyond the mechanics and use the insights you discover to create the story that will feed into the broader strategic communication piece.In this role you will get the opportunity to use research drawn from a variety of sources to help your clients set the messaging, reputation strategies and commercial propositions to meet their business goals.You will work across the entirety of the company’s portfolio of clients; you will therefore offer advice to a range of innovative and disruptive businesses, from fast-growing start-ups to global market leaders. This will give the chance to engage with a variety of audiences, this can include consumers, voters, client employees, politicians, regulators, experts, investors, analysts and the media.This is a great opportunity where you will be able to develop strong advisory relationships both internally and externally and offer true strategic thinking to corporate clients as well as the chance to develop the research and consultative abilities of junior members of the team.
