Role : Associate Manager – Business Development (Telecom)
Title : Associate Client Solutions Partner
Experience Level : 5 to 10 years
Location : Mumbai / Bangalore (hybrid)
Roles & Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline. He/She must have a deep understanding of Telecom market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, occasionally in conjunction with Partners.
- Understand Quantiphi AI and Data Offerings very well.
- Pursue 4-6 large accounts – both new logos and existing accounts, focused on hunting activities.
- Drive profitable revenue from New Accounts.
- Generate new streams of revenue from existing customers.
- Achieve targets – order booking, revenue, contribution margin etc..
- Participate in the Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand the customer base globally.
- Ensure face time with customers for sales. Conduct sales presentations.
- Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
- Prospect, identify and groom qualified opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Apart from being Driven, Energetic and Ambitious, you’ll need the following:
- 5+ years of prior experience in business development in the Telecom domain.
- Selling AI/Data solutions and services in Telecom domain for the minimum 3 years.
- Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts and lead and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of industry trends and the business impact for providers.
- Consultative selling approach, ability to clearly communicate the business value.
- Experience with structured sales methodologies.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent Masters Degree in Sales / Business Administration / Business Development or a similar field.
- Evidence of being a strong individual contributor and committed team player.
