We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to join their London team. This role offers the chance to be part of a vibrant, supportive team and work on a diverse array of prestigious & high-value projects. Recognised for valuing their people, our client have established themselves as a front-runner in the construction industry, backed by a team of top-notch project management professionals.The Role:In this position, you will oversee large-scale new build office and residential developments, collaborating with some of London’s most esteemed clients from project inception to completion. Candidates should have a solid understanding of the JCT Design and Build contract form and experience as a Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent. This role demands excellent client interaction, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills.
