We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Reconciliations Regulatory Oversight and Control Team team. This role is located in Manchester – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Enhance and expand regulatory oversight and control framework for the department
  • Support various workstreams for the team such as Audit Management, Breach/Issue Management, Control Testing, and Business Support elements such as Business Continuity Planning, Records Management, and Privacy
  • Produce monthly dashboards and present on appropriate forums on behalf of the department
  • Participate in audit, risk, and control investigations.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory controls as required

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or engineering/sciences or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and willing to develop further
  • 4-6 years of total work experience preferred.
