Renowned for their impressive team of specialists and recommended for their supportive and innovative approach to learning, they are first-choice providers for professional development training.BePro are looking to expand the team of Assessors Tutors to deliver workshops to learners studying a CIPD/CMI qualification.ResponsibilitiesRole Responsibilities:

• Delivery of workshops to learners on their Apprenticeships, Bootcamps and commercial programmes
• Keeping learners engaged through industry examples and participation
• Completing appropriate paperwork i.e. registers and IV sheets to agreed timescales
• Design and development of material (optional)
• Design and development of resources (optional)
• Adhering to Awarding Body requirements
• Adhering to all BePro’s processes and procedures
• Attendance at standardisation meetings

Candidate Requirements

• A qualification in the subject taught (at least level 5 if teaching 3&5 / level 7 if teaching level 7)
• Teaching experience in EITHER Management, Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, Training, Education or Coaching
• An engaging delivery style
• Ability to build authentic and collaborative relationships
• Ability to use Microsoft packages
• The ability to work from home with occasional travel for face to face delivery

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience of delivery of CIPD qualifications
• Experience of marking CIPD assignments
• Teaching / assessor qualification
