We are driven by our core values: respect, innovation, and collaboration. About the Role:The Attorney Support PROS Specialist – Corporate is an integral part of Latham’s Attorney Support team. This role will be responsible for directly assisting a partner and an assigned group of local attorneys, in addition to providing global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities, while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. Responsibilities & Qualifications:Other key responsibilities include:

  • Time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring, scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
  • Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
  • Preserving the confidentiality of Latham’s and Latham’s clients’ protected information
  • Generating and editing client invoices

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Demonstrate strong oral and written English language skills
  • Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
  • Possess the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
  • Exhibit the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms

And have:

  • A high school diploma or an equivalent, preferably a bachelor’s degree
  • Training as a foreign language assistant or comparable qualification
  • Relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Prior experience in a law firm environment specifically working in a corporate practice group, preferably
