No prior experience necessary to join our team. We offer complete training and the opportunity to obtain your level 1 general insurance license within 30 days of employment.
As a part-time Auto Retention Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients. You will advise new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to auto insurance. You will identify gaps in our clients’ coverage, and you will offer solutions, proactively and creatively, using a diverse selection of insurance products while achieving performance targets. You will develop new business by cross selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines. You will have continuous learning and development opportunities to maintain licensing requirements and work towards your career goals.

Salary Expectations –
The compensation for this part-time position is a variable compensation structure, ie., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate’s book of business at a particular time. The expected base compensation for this position is $21.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
