£50,000 – £60,00023 days annual leave + bank holidays + overtime + phone + tools + travel expenses + pensionThe Company:One of the UKs largest AV Integrators spanning expertise across multiple sectors and holding various awards for carrying out top class audio visual integration projects.With over 100 employees, they are now expanding further and looking for experienced Residential Project Managers to join their team.The Role:To manageinstallation projects of IT networks, AV, security systems and lighting solutions within high-end residential homes and hotels throughout the London area – ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget.Key duties include:
- Discussing project requirements with clients to understand the objectives of each project.
- Logistics and resource management.
- Maintain and update project documentation.
- Management of multiple projects at varying stages.
- Management and allocation of project budget.
- Management of sub-contractors where required.
- Maintain communication with site managers to keep track of project progress.
- Working on both new build and existing property projects.
Preferred Qualities and Skills:
- Experience managing residential AV projects.
- Strong client management skills.
- Extremely organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
Package details:
- A salary ranging between £50K- £60K depending on experience
