• Strong academically, enthusiastic and determined with a focus on generating commercial solutions to problems on behalf of clients;
• A confident communicator with the ability to develop and manage relationships with clients and influence at all levels;
• Able to demonstrate self-sufficiency, combined with an awareness of the boundaries of their own competence/authority; and
• Team oriented and collegiate with a willingness to share knowledge with, and support, other members of the team.
• Experience of participating in business development and marketing activities

The Ideal CandidateWe are seeking to hear from talented individuals with experience within the aviation and aviation insurance sectors . Ideally you will be a qualified solicitor, but we are also open to non-qualified lawyers who can demonstrate a keen interest in the area. The successful candidate will also be:

• Demonstrating a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience and the expectations and needs of clients of the national team.
• Maintain and develop technical knowledge across key areas of the practice;
• Manage work flow and exhibit soundfinancial management;
• Help build and enhance client relationships; and
• Undertake marketing and business development activities
