Job Description:The AWS Co-Sell Program Manager will be responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of the partnership investment Pluralsight is making in the Amazon Web Services organization. Programs to focus on will include: AWS and Pluralsight field enablement, developing and tracking joint Business Development prospecting efforts across the 2 companies; providing guidance on best use of AWS Marketing funds; coordination of various webinar/lunch-and-learn sessions; driving PS seller attendance to local AWS ISV events; tracking AWS pipeline and working with segment leaders on deal progression and other sales-related activities. This person will also be the lead contact for AWS ISV managers who interface and influence what the AWS field sellers focus on.Responsibilities:Accountable for the successful delivery of complex AWS programsBuild and execute the field enablement process during the program delivery phase; earn the trust and confidence of all partnersMaintain and communicate program status to all applicable collaboratorsAnticipate and resolve issues and challenges that could derail or delay program deliveryNegotiate outcomes that mutually benefit both Pluralsight and AWSCritically evaluate procedures and processes to find opportunities to streamline, automate and improve processes toward consistently repeatable delivery with an ability to scale with future growthEnsure programs meet ambitious revenue goalsConduct program retrospective analysisProfessional Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years professional experience in sales/sales leadership and/or project/program managementPMP certification is a plus although not requiredAbout You:Passionate about IT workforce transformation and willing to go above and beyond to support program goalsAble to prioritize program goals and the capacity to progress a range of tasks and projects at one timeHighly motivated, committed, and encouraging team member, able to work flexibly, quickly and accurately to targetsWell-respected among peers and the business as someone who understands the needs and objectives of the businessMethodical and accurate, displaying a strong desire for high quality, with attention to detailAdaptable to a fast-paced environmentFacilitation and conflict resolution skills, to assist in resolving the different points of view and requirements that invariably collide during cross-team and cross-company effortsCreative problem-solving skills – propensity to think laterally to generate solutions which have the desired impactPossess a good level of initiative and judgment, and be comfortable making decisions when requiredAble to see the big picture and break complicated workflows into manageable piecesAn efficient and effective communicatorPhysical and Mental requirements
