As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in our AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL division. Your primary focus will be on supporting the loan management process for our tractor and farm equipment clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our agricultural financing business and gain valuable experience in the banking sector.
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in the banking industry.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Basic knowledge of loan processing and banking regulations is an asset.
A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Process and manage loan applications, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Maintain and update customer records, keeping track of loan disbursements and repayments.
Collaborate with the front-office team to gather and verify customer information.
Assist in generating reports and analyzing loan performance data.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Provide administrative support to the branch operations team.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain a high level of data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the branch manager.
