The Assistant General Counsel provides legal guidance, expertise and support to the bank on a variety of banking, regulatory and risk matters. Primary focus is on the applicability of federal and state banking laws and regulations to Valley’s deposit and consumer loan products and services, supporting a retail branch network. The role will be based in either New York City or northern New Jersey.
