NQ Banking and Finance Solicitor BCL Legal are working with a national law firm seeking a newly qualified Banking and Finance Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and progressive environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on a range of banking and finance matters. Assist in drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and other financial instruments. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Collaborate with senior solicitors and other departments to enhance service delivery. Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry developments. Requirements: Newly qualified solicitor (or soon to be qualified) with a strong interest in banking and finance law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to learn.
