Our door is always open, so we can often help when other lenders can’t or won’t.Our large product suite of mortgages and secured loans gives us the flexibility to help in a wide range of specialist lending scenarios, including residential mortgages, short-term finance, buy-to-let, commercial and semi-commercial mortgages and loans, auction finance and development funding.Based in Cheadle, Cheshire, our 750 colleagues use their expertise and industry knowledge to help our customers throughout the UK, backed by the power of a £7 billion loan book.Job DescriptionAs a Banking Initiative Manager, you will support the Director of the Banking Programme across our Banking Initiative channel in building out a UK network of former corporate and commercial bankers who are on-boarded as ambassadors and introducers of new business to TCFL and to the wider group.You will take accountability for the growth of the banker initiative through supporting with identifying and recruiting new banker ambassadors to significantly scale the programme and assist in the delivery of ambitious new business origination targets as part of the growth strategy.As a Banking Initiative Manager, we are looking for someone to:

• Identify and facilitate ambassador recruitment to scale the programme/network, working with key stakeholders to build a consistent and professional on-boarding experience
• Maintain a structured contact management strategy across the ambassador network, driving engagement and supporting new business referral activities/initiatives
• Actively manage introductions from the ambassadors, submitting applications and follow deal to completion. Improving completion timescales, providing an outstanding service offering to clients and ambassadors

• Maintain effective MI and reporting suites to measure channel performance and provide ongoing dashboard activity and performance summaries for DOBP and Exec reporting

QualificationsDesirable

• Extensive client experience and ability to deliver positive client outcomes, prioritise workloads and manage and deliver expectations both internally and externally
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and delivery of targets and to deadlines
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple/senior stakeholder and relationship expectations within a corporate environment
• Strong networking skills, with the ability to develop relationships and drive brand profile
• Display a positive and tenacious attitude and strong will to win
