Banking Solicitor | 1-5 yearsAn opportunity is available for a banking solicitor to join a leading Corporate and Leveraged Finance team in Edinburgh.About the RoleThe team advises on a wide range of lending transactions across sectors, including technology, media, telecoms, energy, infrastructure, life sciences, healthcare and hospitality.Work includes:

• Multi-jurisdictional lending and refinancing
• Private equity-backed acquisition finance
• Embedded finance transactions
• Multi-hotel and investment finance
• Advisory and legal opinion work

The team also focuses on fintech projects, including blockchain, digital assets and AI, working with banks, lenders, private equity sponsors, corporates and start-ups.About YouThis role suits solicitors with experience in banking who enjoy variety and want opportunities to specialise if preferred.
