Banking Solicitor – London £80000+
Banking solicitor is required by this top 100 law firm to join its London corporate department.Role Overview
The banking team sits within the firm’s Corporate team and provides advice on a wide range of finance transactions. You will assist partners and manage your own caseload of real estate and banking transactions acting for a range of lenders, borrowers and fund managers.Candidate Profile
This role would be suitable for someone with the following:

• Experience in banking or corporate finance work is essential. As a guide our client is looking for someone with at least 5 years experience.
• Real estate finance experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills;.
• Good level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills.
• Willing and able to get involved in client and business development.
