Salary €65,000 – €75,000 DOE – Hybrid – VHI – Pension – Permanent Role – DublinThe Role:

• Bid process fulfilment including qualifying opportunities and submissions.
• Manage full compliance with all bids.
• Bid Strategy development
• Work and collaborate with all stakeholders including ops, tech, sales, legal and finance.
• Effective resource and time management to ensure on time submissions.
• Manage public and private sector portals for opportunities.
• Maintain up to date documentation for the end-to-end bid management process.
• Follow industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance with all requirements.
• Monitoring and evaluating bid performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee award submissions.
• Focus on best practice and ensure all bid management is being fully worked on.
• Follow industry trends and market insights.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a bid manager, proposal manager or a similar role with large scale contracts and multiple projects.
• APMP Certification is preferred
• Knowledge of regulation standards.
• Systems proficiency including MS Office and Sharepoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
