Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-4:00PM
Compensation: $ 24.00
A local Farm is looking for a Bilingual Assistant Farm Manager to join their team! If you are motivated to take you career to the next level have 3 years (+) Farm experience this opportunity could be for you!

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Prior Farming experience (3 years minimum)
- Strong attention to detail
- Welding Experience
Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of agricultural line production experience Crop production experience- Routine maintenance, general repairs and fabrication – Experience planting, spraying, harvesting, and record keeping – Enforce safety regulations and policies- Good communications skills – Able to identify problems, take action, analyze information, and evaluate results.
