This position is FULLY REMOTE – must adhere to hours of 9 am – 5 pm Eastern Standard.
Required to be bilingual in French and English
Renewable One Year Contract position.
The role involves building and maintaining loyal and sustainable relationships with Enfamil’s consumers via Facebook, Instagram (other social platforms), Chat, Email, Online Store and Phone. Flexibility to adopt to different usage of technology tools and change in processes required. Handling consumer questions and complaints with professionalism and integrity as well as promoting continuous learning and collaboration within the CRC team is a large part of this role.
Our Call Centers are open Monday through Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm with occasional overtime required. You’ll have standard hours to help manage that work/life balance – no shift work here!
