Salary: $40,000 to $55,000

Our client, a warehouse located in Vars, is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Fluently bilingual (English and French)
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
• Must have own vehicle (not bus accessible)
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn database and ordering systems

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Communicate with customers and suppliers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services
• Build rapport with customers and work to ensure they receive excellent service
• Retrieve necessary customer information, inventory information, and purchase order status
• Support Purchasing functions, engaging suppliers where necessary to ensure needs are met
• Respond to customer questions and complaints
• Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

The salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $55,000 per year depending on experience.

Monday to Friday schedule, Full-time hours of 7:30am to 4:00pm.
