Consumer Relations Requirements:

  • You MUST live within a 1 hour radius / driving distance to St. Catharines Ontario.
  • Must be fluent in English AND French Canadian to apply.
  • Hourly pay starting at: C$ 21.05 / Hr

What you will do:

  • Provide inbound customer and consumer service for a top Canadian brand partner.
  • Creatively problem solve.
  • Quickly assess customer needs and provide sound solutions.
  • Provide a high-level of consumer care.
  • Document details of all calls and customer interactions.
  • Manage through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously.

Required Equipment:

  • Desktop or laptop computer (with monitor) with Windows 10 (NO Surface, Chromebook, Mac, MacBook, or iPad)
  • Reliable Internet speeds and broadband connection (ethernet cord needed)
  • A corded USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • A camera (either embedded in PC or external plugged in via USB) for video conference purposes
  • Power supply with surge protector
  • Office furnishings necessary to perform remotely

Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be fluent in both English and French Canadian.
  • Must live within a 1 hour radius of Saint Catharine’s, ON
  • 1-2 years retail or customer service/call center experience (strong asset)
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
  • Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
