We are looking to grow our team of Bilingual Customer Sales Representatives for our Lendcare subsidiary. This is a business-to-consumer role to help support LendCare customers with any questions regarding their personal loans. The successful individual would have a customer service background and enjoy working in a professional team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary sales experience to our customers during every interaction
- Perform outbound or take inbound calls from customers to offer them pre-approved personal loans that match with their needs
- Respond to customer questions and requests (through telephone, chat, and email)
- Identify the customers’ needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
- Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services
Requirements:
- 1 year experience working customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Financial services background is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Full time availability to work in our Pickering, ON head office
Schedule: Monday – Friday, rotating schedules 9AM – 5PM and 11AM – 7PM; one Saturday/month
