Mississauga location company in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative to join their organization. If you are fluent in French (Read, Write and Speak), enjoy supporting corporate customers and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a corporate setting, this could be your next role.
What Does the Company Offer:
- 55,000k+ (Depending on Experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday. 8:30am to 5pm

What’s The Responsibilities of the Role:
- Support Canadian customers in all provinces, including Quebec
- Responding to emails and calls in a timely manner
- Updating orders in the system and working with production to ensure orders are being processed
- Providing production updates to customers and shipment arrival dates
- Problem-solve any customer issues and provide updates
- Working with other internal departments
- All other duties assigned by the general manager
Qualification Of the Role:
- Must be fluent in English and French (Read, Write and Speak)
- Previous customer service experience within a manufacturing environment would be preferred
- Strong MS Office and ERP software experience
- Exceptional work ethic
