Biomedical Field Service Engineer

Location: Bristol

Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 per annum

Join our client’s team as a Biomedical Field Service Engineer and contribute to their mission of maintaining and repairing vital medical equipment to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support and fostering long-term relationships within the healthcare community.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on medical equipment following manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks required to close repairs and PMs efficiently.
• Travel to various hospital sites to conduct Corrective and Preventive Maintenance.
• Maintain safe working practices within hospital environments.
• Exceed contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Experiences

• HNC in Electrical Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Qualification in Engineering, electronics, or medical technologies such as biomedical engineering
• Hold a clean UK Driving License.
• Minimum 3 years’ Biomedical experience in service and repair of medical equipment
• Customer service skills, confidence in customer-facing environments, field service experience preferably in the UK.
