Brand & Creative Services Manager My client a leading Irish law firm based in Dublin 1 is currently seeking a Brand & Creative Services Manager to join its dynamic Marketing team.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role offers an exceptional opportunity for those looking to advance their career in design, brand management, and production within a top-tier industry sector.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic creative design and direction of the company’s visual brand strategy.
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality control across the business.
- Lead creative, design, and campaign direction including video and photography art direction.
- Manage the output of the creative services team, ensuring efficient and effective project completion.
- Mentor and coach the team to utilise best practice and latest design methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to achieve marketing objectives.
- Advise on current design trends and their application to the business.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Technical Skills: Advanced design, layout, and typography skills.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe CC 2016 including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and Adobe Animate.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Excellent storytelling, conceptual thinking, and visual communication skills.
- Management Skills & Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.
- 4+ years of people management experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
