- To carry out breakfast preparation in line with our new casual self-service breakfast service concept.
- To maintain HACCP standards in kitchen operations.
- To adhere to the recipe and standard presentation of all dishes.
- To minimise wastage through adhering to correct procedures.
- To maintain a high level of operative hygiene and adhere to cleaning schedules in place.
- To be particularly aware of hazards and safety issues associated with the Kitchen area and take all preventative measures possible to minimise risk/injury.
The candidate:
- Experience in a similar role is required
- Takes pride in delivery of high quality meals
- Attention to detail
- Good team worker
