Job description
Façade Manager | Dublin City CentreOur client, a leading tier-1 main contractor with a turnover of c. €600M are currently working on a number of high-density residential and commercial projects and are seeking an experienced, professional Façade Manager for these projects in Dublin City.Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager with daily operations.
- Coordinate façade elements across subcontract packages and manage interfaces.
- Plan and schedule the façade construction program.
- Handle technical submittals, approvals, and BCAR processes.
- Manage procurement, approval, and testing of façade samples.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.
- Oversee façade material procurement and logistics coordination.
- Use BIM or similar tools for quality checks.
- Compile Safety Files and O&M data for handover.
- Ensure on-site testing, snagging, and sign-offs are completed.
- Review and validate façade-related variations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing façade projects.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Relevant trade or construction qualification.
- Strong sub-contractor management skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
