Façade Manager | Dublin City CentreOur client, a leading tier-1 main contractor with a turnover of c. €600M are currently working on a number of high-density residential and commercial projects and are seeking an experienced, professional Façade Manager for these projects in Dublin City.Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with daily operations.
• Coordinate façade elements across subcontract packages and manage interfaces.
• Plan and schedule the façade construction program.
• Handle technical submittals, approvals, and BCAR processes.
• Manage procurement, approval, and testing of façade samples.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.
• Oversee façade material procurement and logistics coordination.
• Use BIM or similar tools for quality checks.
• Compile Safety Files and O&M data for handover.
• Ensure on-site testing, snagging, and sign-offs are completed.
• Review and validate façade-related variations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing façade projects.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Relevant trade or construction qualification.
• Strong sub-contractor management skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
