Location:DublinType:PermanentCategory:PMO/Business SupportSalary:€50,372 – €62,000 per annumOur client is seeking an experienced Building Services Coordinator to manage repairs, maintenance, and contracts, ensuring a high-quality and efficient service for residents.Location: Dublin City CentreJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: €50,372 – €62,000Hours: 37 hours per weekBenefits: 24 days annual leave, pension, performance bonus, hybrid working, and moreKey Responsibilities:

• Repairs & Maintenance: Inspect and report on repairs, manage contractors, provide technical advice, and oversee void refurbishments.
• Mechanical & Electrical (M&E): Provide guidance on heating, plumbing, electrical systems, and manage M&E programs and costs.
• Planned & Cyclical Maintenance: Procure and manage service contracts, monitor progress, and support maintenance programs.
• Contract Management: Assist in preparing specifications, tender documents, and manage contractors.
• Surveying: Conduct stock condition surveys, defect reports, and support energy management programs.

Requirements:

• 3rd level qualification (Level 7 NFQ or above) in Building Surveying, Construction Management or a similar Construction related qualification.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, especially in housing.
• Knowledge of building pathology, H&S legislation, and building systems.
• Experience with building asset databases and maintenance programs is desirable.
• Full clean driving license and access to a car.
