Reporting to the Building Services Manager, you will assist in managing the design and installation of Mechanical and Electrical services on high-density residential projects.Key responsibilities include overseeing M&E system installations, supporting construction management teams in resolving on-site issues, and coordinating with design teams for M&E system integration. You will also manage M&E sub-contractors, ensure program and quality standards are met, and liaise with Public Utility providers to ensure timely delivery of essential services like electricity and gas.
