  • You have a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services.
  • You bring 4+ years of project management experience in a similar role.
  • You have a keen interest in energy management and the latest trends in residential building services.
  • You possess strong communication and collaboration skills and are an excellent relationship builder.
  • You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while also being a team player.

As a Building Services Engineer:

  • Ensure top-notch installation quality for M&E systems, from initial setup to final handover.
  • Assist site construction teams with M&E coordination and resolve onsite issues.
  • Work with project design teams to integrate M&E systems with architectural and structural plans.
  • Oversee M&E sub-contractors, ensuring they meet program and quality standards.
  • Liaise with public utility providers, local authorities, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of essential services like electricity, gas, and water.
  • Manage modifications to existing site services and expedite necessary diversions in collaboration with utility providers.
  • Contribute to innovation and value engineering processes, implementing best-in-class M&E systems.
  • Manage temporary electric and water systems on construction sites.
