Role: Building Services EngineerCompany: One of Ireland’s leading construction companies with ongoing commercial and residential projects throughout Ireland.Type: PermanentLocation: CorkRole Responsibilities:Quality Control & Commissioning: Oversee and monitor the installation quality of M&E systems from initial coordination through to final commissioning and handover.Coordination & Problem-Solving: Support site teams with M&E coordination, on site issue resolution, and ensure integration with architectural and structural elements.Sub-Contractor & Utility Management: Manage M&E sub-contractors to meet quality and time-line expectations and liaise with utility providers to ensure timely delivery and modifications of services.Requirements:Education & Experience: A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services, with 4+ years of relevant project management experience; trade background is a plus but not essential.Skills & Qualities: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with a focus on deadlines, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Requirements: Interest in energy management, willingness to travel between sites in Cork and a full driving licence.For a confidential discussion, contact Brendan Rogers on 01 658 2167 or emailBy applying for this job you are indicating your permission for Azon to process your personal details in the manner described in our Privacy Policy.
