We are exceptionally excited to be recruiting for a business administrator in the Blackpool area, to support our nursery settings.
Purpose of the role
To provide administrative support at key nursery settings
This role will support the effective delivery and implementation of the objectives of the MiChild Group within expected timeframes
The role will work predominantly with key personnel at the home setting but will inevitably work closely across all areas of the business including directors and senior managers, peers, and all nursery managers and their teams.
The role will ensure that standards of professionalism and adequate administration support are maintained to a high level at all times to meet the needs of the business
Key tasks and responsibilities
To ensure safeguarding of children is given highest priority at all times
Organise and co-ordinate all office based administrative tasks at the nursery ensuring all records and documents are maintained in full and complete at all times in line with MiChild policy and statutory requirements
Ensure that famly system is up to date and complete at all times
Ensure that all staff and children files are kept up to date at all times
Assist with debt management
Assist with weekly ordering
Assist with parent enquiries and invoicing
Help and support the nursery manager with key deadlines

Essential qualification
Ability to work flexibly and across all MiChild locations as required by the business needs.
Hours of work: 25 hours per week (AYR)
Salary: £11.50 plus
