Up to £35k DOE | Comprehensive benefits package | Hybrid (mostly in office for the first 6 months)Our client, an established professional services firm is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team of BAs as they transform their IT tech stack.Main responsibilities of the Business Analyst include:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into clear user stories.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by the wider business, ensuring smooth system operations.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
• Produce clear project documentation to support completed developments.
• Build strong relationships with users and IT colleagues to ensure effective system management and support.

Skills & qualifications requirements of the Business Analyst:

• Holds or be committed to achieving a Business Analysis International Diploma or has equivalent experience/qualifications.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, with the ability to interpret, create, and update SQL.
• Understanding of Agile/SDLC methodologies and experience in delivering IT projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• A collaborative mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
